At SMS Pilot, our mission is to provide secure, temporary virtual and physical carrier phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes. We do not require real names, national IDs, addresses, or invasive Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation. You can use our platform pseudonymously using an email address and decentralized cryptocurrency deposits or approved digital banking.
We adhere to strict data minimization principles: we collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver verification codes to you and immediately discard temporary verification message data upon completion or expiration.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Credentials: Your email address and a cryptographically hashed representation of your password (hashed with salted bcrypt). We never store plaintext passwords.
- Credit Balance & Financial Ledger: Records of credits purchased, spent, and refunded, including blockchain transaction hashes or digital payment reference IDs.
- Temporary Verification Metadata: Service requested (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp), country allocated (e.g. US, UK, Germany), timestamp, and activation status.
- Technical Logs: Anonymized server logs and rate-limiting counters to prevent denial-of-service and brute-force credential stuffing.
3. SMS Content Handling & Ephemeral Scrubbing
When an SMS arrives from a carrier gateway, our system parses the temporary OTP code (e.g. 6-digit number) and displays it on your active verification screen.
The raw SMS text content is never sold, indexed, or shared with advertisers. Numbers are automatically released after 5 to 15 minutes, ensuring no long-term linkage to your account.
4. Global Multi-Provider Routing
To offer phone numbers across 120+ countries, SMS Pilot routes allocation requests across tier-1 telecom aggregators, including 5sim.net, real SIM pools, and carrier APIs.
When we communicate with upstream telecom providers, we only transmit the requested country code and service identifier. Your user ID, email address, IP address, and identity are NEVER transmitted to upstream carriers or provider APIs.
5. Payment Processing & Blockchain Privacy
We prioritize user privacy by offering non-custodial and direct cryptocurrency payments (USDT TRC20/BEP20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin) and direct mobile financial services (bKash & Nagad).
We do not collect credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account numbers on our servers. Cryptocurrency deposits are validated directly on public distributed ledgers.
