By accessing, browsing, or using the SMS Pilot web platform, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all provisions of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Service Description & Global Coverage
SMS Pilot is a global SMS verification gateway providing temporary phone numbers sourced from real physical SIM cards and virtual telecommunication carrier pools across 120+ countries (including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Brazil, India, Australia, and others).
Phone numbers are allocated for a temporary duration (typically 5 to 15 minutes) for the sole purpose of receiving one-time passcodes (OTPs), activation codes, and verification SMS messages from online platforms.
3. "No Code, No Charge" Refund Guarantee
We stand behind our delivery reliability. You are only charged when an SMS verification code is successfully delivered to your dashboard.
- If the verification countdown timer expires (5 minutes) and no SMS code has been received, zero (0) credits are deducted.
- If you manually cancel the verification before receiving an SMS code, any held credits are returned immediately.
- There are no cancellation penalties or hidden activation fees.
4. Credits, Pricing & Multi-Currency Top-Ups
Services are priced in US Dollars and calculated in account credits at a transparent conversion rate of $1.00 USD = 100 Credits.
- The minimum deposit threshold is $5.00 USD.
- We support direct cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin) with automated blockchain confirmation.
- We support authorized digital mobile payment gateways (bKash & Nagad) at current market rates.
- Credits remain active on your account balance and do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
5. Multi-Provider Carrier Routing
SMS Pilot dynamically routes number requests through multiple upstream carrier APIs (including 5sim.net, SMSPool, SMS-Activate, and direct carrier connections) to maximize number availability and delivery speed.
While we maintain a 99%+ carrier availability rate, telecommunication pools can experience momentary carrier outages or rate limiting by third-party app providers. In such cases, you can immediately switch countries or operators at no cost.
6. Acceptable Use Policy & Strictly Prohibited Actions
SMS Pilot is intended for legitimate privacy protection, software testing, QA automation, and identity defense. You agree NOT to use the service for:
- Any illegal activity, fraud, phishing, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Sending unsolicited communications, spam, telemarketing, or malicious robocalls.
- Harassment, extortion, or distribution of illicit materials.
- Attempting to bypass security infrastructure, launch denial-of-service attacks, or abuse payment systems.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of account access without refund and permanent IP banning.
7. Limitation of Liability
SMS Pilot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and instant code delivery, we do not warrant that third-party services (such as Google, WhatsApp, or Telegram) will indefinitely accept numbers from specific telecom blocks. In no event shall SMS Pilot be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific affected verification.
